The Richmond Mural Project begins a five-year plan to make Richmond the capital of lowbrow art.

They're impossible to miss. Huge, creative footprints of last year's G40 Art Summit, which includes 22 large-scale murals by internationally known artists, remain on walls throughout Shockoe Bottom, the Fan and the new downtown arts district.
